Care
• Vacuum regularly on low suction, without a beater bar or rotating brush.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
• For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning only.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimise fading.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and damp areas.
• Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
• Some shedding is natural, especially with handmade rugs, and will reduce over time.
• Do not pull loose fibres; carefully trim them with scissors if required.
Metapod is covered in rows of small, chunky marks in every shade of green, from deep forest and moss to a fresh spring leaf.
Each mark is slightly different in shape, like a block of colour pressed down by hand, and they stand in loose columns across a warm cream ground.
The rhythm is playful and organic, a little like scales, seed pods or stones in a garden path.
Hand tufted in wool and bamboo silk, the greens carry a silky sheen that makes the lighter shades almost glow.
It brings the outdoors in, and suits a bedroom, a study or a sunny living room with plants and natural wood.
