True Knot works with interior designers, architects and hospitality teams who need handmade carpets and rugs specified to a project: the right size, the right palette, delivered on a known timeline.
What we offer the trade
- A range to specify from. Hand knotted, hand tufted and handloom carpets in New Zealand wool, silk, bamboo silk, viscose, Tencel, linen, jute and natural, undyed fibres, all made by hand in India.
- Custom sizes, colours and designs. Our bespoke service makes carpets to your drawings and your palette, in any shape, from 2 x 3 ft to 10 x 14 ft.
- Trade pricing. Available on request, subject to our terms and conditions.
- Samples to your studio. We can send woven samples and yarn colours for you and your client to review.
- Pieces on hold or on approval. We can hold a piece for your project or send it on approval.
- Multi-piece and hospitality orders. We take orders for several carpets across a home, a hotel or a commercial interior.
- Clear timelines. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. As a guide, made-to-order hand tufted and handloom carpets take 4 to 6 weeks, and hand knotted carpets take 3 to 4 months, from confirmation and deposit. We confirm the lead time for each piece in writing.
- Simple payment terms. 50% on order and 50% on dispatch.
- Delivery across India. Delivery is free within India.
- A showroom to bring clients to. See and compare pieces in person at the True Knot showroom on MG Road, New Delhi, open 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM on all days.

- We suggest pieces from the range, or propose a custom carpet with a digital render and colour options.
- You and your client confirm the selection, at the showroom or remotely.
- We make, finish and deliver to site.
