Welcome to TrueKnot. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of trueknot.in (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our products
TrueKnot carpets are hand-knotted by skilled artisans. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size, colour, texture, and pattern are natural and are part of the character of a handmade product; they are not defects. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary depending on your screen.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Custom / made-to-order pieces require an advance deposit before production begins (see our Cancellation Policy).
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit quantities, at our discretion. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order after it has been placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
Custom & bespoke orders
Made-to-order pieces are crafted to your chosen specifications and are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Advance-deposit and cancellation terms for custom orders are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Shipping, returns & cancellations
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and replacements by our Return & Replacement Policy, and order cancellations by our Cancellation Policy. Together with these Terms, those policies form the full agreement between you and TrueKnot.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including designs, patterns, images, text, logos, and the TrueKnot name and marks — is owned by or licensed to TrueKnot and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including delivery details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueKnot shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
