Care
• Vacuum regularly on low suction, without a beater bar or rotating brush.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
• For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning only.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimise fading.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and damp areas.
• Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
• Some shedding is natural, especially with handmade rugs, and will reduce over time.
• Do not pull loose fibres; carefully trim them with scissors if required.
Hive is a honeycomb pulled slightly out of true. Hexagons interlock across the carpet, but the lines shift and overlap so that cubes and stars appear and disappear as you look.
The lattice is drawn in a mid grey on a pale stone ground, a tonal pairing that keeps the geometry soft.
The lines are carved into the pile, so the pattern is felt as well as seen, with a fine shadow along every edge.
Hand tufted in New Zealand wool, the surface is dense, matte and comfortable underfoot.
It is an easy carpet to place: neutral enough for a bedroom, structured enough for a living room or home office.
Made in India by hand.
