Care
• Vacuum regularly on low suction, without a beater bar or rotating brush.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimise fading.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and damp areas.
• Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
• Some shedding is natural, especially with handmade rugs, and will reduce over time.
• Do not pull loose fibres; carefully trim them with scissors if required.
Gesture is a carpet made of brushstrokes. Broad, sweeping arcs of sand cross and overlap as if laid down with a loaded brush in a few quick movements.
Behind them the ground is a pale aqua, clouded and uneven like watercolour left to dry, showing through wherever the strokes part.
The edges of each stroke fray and split, which keeps the energy of the original mark and stops the design from feeling mechanical.
Hand tufted in wool and bamboo silk, the aqua ground carries a soft sheen against the matte sand of the strokes.
It brings colour and movement to a bedroom or a light-filled living room, and pairs easily with pale timber and white walls.
