Care
• Vacuum regularly on low suction, without a beater bar or rotating brush.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
• For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning only.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimise fading.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and damp areas.
• Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
• Some shedding is natural with handmade rugs and will reduce over time.
• Do not pull loose fibres; carefully trim them with scissors if required.
Cove is a shaped carpet in the form of a single open flower, its petals swirling out from a cluster of cream dots at the centre to a wavy, scalloped edge.
The petals move from deep teal at the rim through lighter aqua towards the middle, each one edged in cream and traced with fine gold lines that catch the eye like veins in a petal.
Hand tufted in New Zealand wool with viscose, the petals are cut at different heights so the flower has real depth and a soft, sculpted feel underfoot, while the viscose lends a gentle sheen to the details.
At about 7 x 7 ft, it makes a striking centrepiece for a living room, a bedroom or an entrance hall, especially against pale floors and white or sand-coloured walls.
Made by hand in Bhadohi, India.
