Care
• Vacuum regularly on low suction, without a beater bar or rotating brush.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
• For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning only.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimise fading.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and damp areas.
• Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
• Some shedding is natural, especially with handmade rugs, and will reduce over time.
• Do not pull loose fibres; carefully trim them with scissors if required.
Bark takes its pattern from the surface of an old tree: flakes and fissures of warm brown scattered across a pale golden ground.
The marks gather into loose vertical bands, dense in some places and almost gone in others, the way bark weathers unevenly along a trunk.
Patches of ivory sit between the brown, catching the light so the carpet seems to shimmer as you move past it.
Hand tufted in wool and bamboo silk, the silk gives those pale areas their sheen while the wool keeps the brown marks soft and matte.
It is warm and natural without being plain, and suits a living room or bedroom with timber, linen and earthy tones.
Made in India by hand.
